Tiffany R. Lewis, brings over two-decades of
leadership, inspiring youth and fostering systemic
change. She founded and leads the Confident Girl
Mentoring, transforming underserved youth into
community leaders. Her skills in nonprofit
management, program implementation for fortune
500 companies, and relationship building will
enhance our enrollment and partnerships.

Tiffany has directed impactful programs,
established National Youth Confidence Day, and
is completing her Organizational Leadership
degree at Houghton University. Her dedication to
diversity and inclusion is evident through her
board service and accolades from the NAACP and
New York State Assembly. As she joins
NativityMiguel, Tiffany is eager to cultivate a
nurturing environment that develops integrity,
resilience, and leadership in students, preparing
them for high school and beyond.
