1. state publicly their approval of the NativityMiguel Middle School of Buffalo;
2. commit their assistance to the NativityMiguel Middle School of Buffalo;
3. designate one individual in a position of leadership to serve as a member of the corporation;
4. appoint at least one, but a maximum of two (2) individuals for the Board of Trustees of the NativityMiguel Middle School of Buffalo.
