Summer started with the first of two new parent meetings in late June and ended with the last squash session in mid-August – totaling 7 weeks of programming for our new and returning students!

• Summer School and Summer Camp to prepare and orient our new students to our school
• Canisius College Boys Basketball Camp thanks to the Kids Events Tickets Foundation
• Supper Club thanks to an anonymous donor to Prevention Focus
• Willie Hutch Jones/General Motors STEM Camp at St. Monica’s
• Squash at the Nardin Athletic Facility for a second year thanks to Buffalo Racquet Squash Association
• 2 week study skills class for St. Monica students through World Empowerment for Girls, and
• A new summer school program for veteran St. Augustine students.

• Both buildings professionally wired for internet and additional wireless access points installed
• Both buildings cleaned from top to bottom thanks to the United Way Day of Caring and M&T volunteers
• Updated libraries
• Newly installed smartboards
• New security lights and electrical improvements at St. Augustine
• New exterior doors at St. Augustine and other improvements thanks to volunteers from St. Joe’s
• A shiny clean St. Monica Campus thanks to Mr. Joe and Mr. Carlos who always take such good care of us at St. Lawrence.
